When your order ships
Orders ship within one working day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship the next working day.
Delivery times
Most parcels arrive within two to six working days. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses can take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will chase the courier.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the box and send us photos within 48 hours. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours first, then contact us and we will open a claim. We replace or refund anything lost or damaged in transit.
